Information you provide
CashRadar stores account details, historical saved business inputs, opportunity report contents, and contact-form submissions so the service can provide account access, reports, and customer support. Opportunity descriptions are used to prepare suggestions. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive information in a contact message or opportunity description.
Payments and reports
Payments are processed by Stripe. CashRadar retains payment and accounting records needed to reconcile transactions even if a user removes report content or closes an account. Saved report contents are used to display and export the report you purchased.
Contact messages
Contact messages include the name, email address, selected category, and message you submit. They are stored in a restricted support inbox. When email delivery is configured, the message is also submitted to CashRadar’s email provider for delivery to the support inbox. A keyed digest of the request’s network address is retained with the message to enforce spam limits; the raw address is not stored in the contact-message record.
Public data services
CashRadar may display public economic observations from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and U.S. Energy Information Administration for informational use. Opportunity descriptions and account information are not sent to those data services.
CashRadar AI
CashRadar AI sends your messages and recent chat context to OpenAI to prepare answers. Your saved financial inputs or a completed report are included only when you choose to share them. We exclude account passwords, email addresses, and Stripe payment references from automatically attached context. Do not type credentials, card numbers, or other sensitive identifiers into chat.
CashRadar keeps chat text only in the current page’s memory, not in its database or browser storage. Clear Chat removes that conversation from this tab and turns off sharing; it cannot withdraw messages already sent to OpenAI. We request that OpenAI not store Responses for later retrieval, but provider retention policies may still apply. Pseudonymous usage counters enforce question limits; counters older than 30 days are removed when the next chat request is processed. AI answers may be incorrect and are not professional financial advice.
Access and retention
Account pages and reports require sign-in. Support messages are visible only to the configured administrator. Contact information is retained for support and operational review; payment records may be retained separately for accounting and transaction integrity.
